  Core Ten personal training clients receive a 10% discount on every class

 

Boot Camp

Saturdays 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM.

A fun, energetic, high intensity circuit style cardio & strength class designed to pump your metabolic rate to the moon!

Minimum 3, Maximum 20 participants per class; First come, first served; Contact us to register by 7:00 PM on Fridays.

$20.00 per class;  Purchase 10 or more classes for a 10% discount (Core Ten personal training clients receive a total discount of 20% !)

 

Abs, Butts & Thighs

Saturdays 1:00 PM

60 minutes of group instruction targeting your abdominal, glute and leg muscles.

A ton of fun while firming up your lower body & abs!

Minimum 3, Maximum 10 participants per class; First come, first served; Contact us to register by 7:00 PM on Fridays.

Cardio-Stretch-Club

25 minutes of guided individualized cardiovascular exercise based on your goals followed by 35 minutes group developmental stretching to increase flexibility and mobility.

The benefits are endless…. extra cardio, weight loss, reduced risk of injury from sports, reduced back pain, improved posture, increased energy levels and more.

Minimum 3, Maximum 6 participants per class; First come, first served; Contact us to register by 4pm on day prior to class.
